Optical fiber Fusion system are applied to many systems such as Wavelenght Division Multiplexing communication systems, fiber network monitoring systems, fiber amplifiers etc.
Model OFMS2005B is an optical fiber coupler manufacturing station ideal for the production of optical wave multiplexers/splitters for the Wavelength Division Multiplexing(WDM) communication systems.
Several advanced technologies, such as high precision machining, high accurate micro-step control, high speed optical measurement and automatic data acquisition, are used to construct an OFM2005B manufacturing system.
Twin tip torch is adopted as a heat source, capable of precise temperature control.
The workstation is operated in combination with a monitoring system to provide fusion and drawing processes.
It is possible to manufacture different types of fiber couplers by only changing the software set up parameters.
